TradeTable terms

What the service is

TradeTable is a neutral documentation and reputation layer for collectible-card deals arranged elsewhere. It is not a marketplace, payment processor, escrow provider, shipping service, card authenticator, insurer, or dispute arbitrator.

Your responsibilities

Use the service only for lawful agreements you are authorized to make. Describe items and terms honestly, protect your account, review every version before accepting, and communicate with your counterparty outside TradeTable about payment and delivery. Do not use TradeTable to impersonate others, mislead participants, distribute harmful links, or collect credentials.

Deal records and completion

A deal is accepted only when both participants accept the same recorded version. TradeTable records what participants report; it does not independently verify payment, shipment, condition, authenticity, or receipt. Successful completion under the current agreement policy automatically creates the mandatory privacy-safe public record described in the privacy notice.

Service availability

Creating an account is self-service while signup is available. Email/password accounts must confirm their email before using protected product features. Features may change, and account access may be suspended or revoked when required for safety, security, or legal compliance. Do not rely on TradeTable as your only copy of important records.

Questions

Contact [email protected] before using the service if these terms or the public-record policy are unclear.
